BITS CARDS

Bits Cards Internal Service Terms

Effective on publication.

Bits Cards is provided by BITS Blackrock IT Solutions LLC, Commercial Registration No. 191833, at the registered office stated in the Privacy Notice. Contact the operator through the BITS contact page.

Access and current offer

The current service is a free internal pilot for eligible BITS accounts. It has no subscription, automatic renewal, payment collection, or paid-plan commitment. Any future paid offer requires separately presented terms and an explicit choice. A verified corporate email does not grant administrator access or access to another person's private records; current organization membership and role still apply.

Your information and permitted use

Provide accurate professional details and upload only information and images you are entitled to use and share. You retain rights in your content. You allow the service to store, process, render, and export that content as needed to provide the features you select. Company administrators may manage company-owned templates, assigned cards, and explicitly shared company records within their authorized role.

Use the service for legitimate professional contact sharing. Do not impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful material, harvest other people's data, send unsolicited messages through the service, or bypass access controls or rate limits. Protect your credentials and report suspected misuse through the operator's contact page.

Feature and delivery limits

The current release provides web-based card editing, contact organization, email signature composition, and meeting background composition. Public publication and whole-account self-service erasure remain disabled pending their operating gates. Wallet issuance, native widgets/watch apps, automatic mail-client installation, and external CRM synchronization are not promised as available by these terms.

A downloaded vCard is a file, not proof of successful native contact import. An exported signature or background must be installed in the chosen client. External copies do not update or disappear automatically. Third-party identity, browser, mail, device, and meeting services can impose their own restrictions.

Changes and ending access

The pilot may change, and the operator does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, or compatibility with every device. Keep exports of important information. The operator may restrict access to address misuse or a security incident. You may stop using the service, export supported records, and request deletion as described in the Privacy Notice. Changes to company membership can remove company-asset access while leaving company-owned records under the organization's control.

These terms do not waive rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be waived. They do not assert regulatory certification or introduce a paid-service liability formula. Material changes to data use, access, or commercial terms will be presented separately.
